National offer of Nat 5 & Higher Gaelic (Learners) courses

e-Sgoil are now offering all senior phase pupils across Scotland the opportunity to study Gaelic (Learners) at both Nat 5 & Higher level during session 2020/21. Starting in June 2020, this offer will provide pupils with 5 periods of, real-time, interactive lessons per week and will be run at no cost to schools or pupils.

Pupils will access lessons through VScene and will benefit from having additional tutorial periods built in to support them with their learning. The class will be composed of pupils across the country and, in addition to Gaelic, will develop digital literacy and online collaborative skills.

This exciting opportunity to offer certificates course in Gaelic to all is funded by the Scottish Government.

Pupils wishing to apply should first speak to their Guidance teacher and then complete the online application form available here.
